Jami has over 17 years of experience in working with and for institutions. She has held various positions on the administrative side at the institution where she worked as a coordinator for the colleges responsible for supporting the Deans, Department Chairs, Faculty and Provost office. She was integral part of rolling out a faculty activity reporting system at the institution and has in depth expertise with the annual evaluation and Promotion and Tenure process and change management at the institution including technical and non-technical, understanding leadership, administration, faculty and end-user perspectives and data from source to end.
