Jeff Agnoli is focused on building a sustainable future for the Ohio Innovation Exchange and its university, federal/state agency, corporate, and trade association partners. Agnoli's experience with research expertise and analytics systems spans more than eight years. He was also a key contributor to the Ohio Means Internships program, which focused on creating new internships/coops to build Ohio's workforce. These programs speak to his versatility in building partnerships with the higher education and business communities. Agnoli was previously responsible for research development, including supporting new strategic research initiatives and interdisciplinary teams, at Ohio State. He has served on the executive committee of the National Organization of Research Development Professionals and is a member of the inaugural class of NORDP Fellows and a Strategic Doing Fellow.

Baron Wolf has worked in institutional research, assessment, and strategy at a private liberal arts college, a regional four-year institution, a community and technical college system, and currently at a research-intensive public institution. He has spent much of that time researching student success metrics, retention strategies, and institutional planning and assessment. Since 2015, Wolf has served as a key adviser to senior research leaders at the University of Kentucky. He leads efforts to create a data-informed culture using robust business intelligence tools, research analytics, and access to data and information to drive strategy and growth. Wolf was a founding advisory board member of the University Benchmarking Project and serves on the Research Evaluation Working Group of the International Network of Research Management Societies. He is also chair of the Data Integrity Committee for the Society of Research Administrators International.

Karen Estlund joined Colorado State University as dean of libraries in 2019. She had previously served as associate dean for technology and digital strategies for the Pennsylvania State Libraries. While at Penn State, Estlund also acted as associate dean for collections, research, and scholarly communications and associate dean for learning and undergraduate services. Estlund also served as head of the Digital Scholarship Center at the University of Oregon. She has served on the coordinating committee for the International Image Interoperability Framework, Fedora Leaders, Samvera (formerly Hydra) Steering Group, and the Rightsstatements.org technical committee. Estlund was a founding member of the Fembot Collective and Ada: A Journal of Gender, New Media, and Technology.
