Serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer for Elsevier, Randy has focused on business development in the areas of Research Information and Data Management.

Randy looks to provide guidance to his customers by leveraging his more than 35 years of experience with data-oriented software projects across government, academic and commercial business sectors.

He served as the Principal Investigator for Elsevier’s participation in the NIH Generalist Repository Ecosystem Initiative (GREI) from 2021 to 2023 and as the Software Solutions Engineer on the Elsevier - NSF TIP Project from 2023 to present.
