Jeff Agnoli is focused on building a sustainable future for the Ohio Innovation Exchange and its university, federal/state agency, corporate, and trade association partners. Agnoli's experience with research expertise and analytics systems spans more than eight years. He was also a key contributor to the Ohio Means Internships program, which focused on creating new internships/coops to build Ohio's workforce. These programs speak to his versatility in building partnerships with the higher education and business communities. Agnoli was previously responsible for research development, including supporting new strategic research initiatives and interdisciplinary teams, at Ohio State. He has served on the executive committee of the National Organization of Research Development Professionals and is a member of the inaugural class of NORDP Fellows and a Strategic Doing Fellow.

Irina Bischof is a senior product manager at Pure, responsible for developing Pure Portal capabilities and Fingerprints functionality. Before joining the Pure team, Bischof has worked in a diverse range of industries, building data products which put customer experience first. Her focus is on understanding the customer workflows and problems and ensuring the product supports them in the best possible way.

Sara Branch is a technical solutions consultant with Clarivate Analytics. She has worked exclusively with academic and government partners for four years to bring them solutions that showcase their scholarly expertise and research. Prior to joining Clarivate Analytics, Sara was an assistant professor of psychology after completing her PhD at Purdue University.

Zach Chandler works on technology strategy, service design, and agile project management for the Office of the Vice Provost and Dean of Research at Stanford University, serving as liaison with key IT partners across the institution and external vendors in support of research excellence and reducing faculty administrative burden.

Yesim Darici has performed many important leadership, teaching, and service roles throughout her 32-year career at FIU. Darici is an educator, scientist, activist, and a trailblazer whose achievements have been recognized and awarded globally, nationally, and locally at FIU. Her awards and recognitions include the In the Company of Women Outstanding Women in Science and Technology Award, FIU President's Access and Equity Award, Florida International University Foundation Excellence in Teaching Award, and Florida State University System Teaching Incentive Program Award, with many exposures in national and global media and associations.

Christina Leigh Docteur is the director of proposal support services, the research development arm of the Office of Research, at Syracuse University. Docteur is a librarian by degree, a research development professional for the past few decades, and a social animal at heart who focuses on connections and connecting as a tool for promoting academic excellence.

David Driesbach serves as assistant vice president for research within the Office of Research and Economic Development at Florida International University. In his role, Driesbach leads university efforts to optimize the information technology and data resources available for the university's research and graduate studies communities.

Don Elsborg has been working with educational metadata since 2007. Projects have ranged from leading a team to catalog and disseminate information related to spacecraft, instruments, and underlying datasets for a well-recognized aerospace institute to designing and deploying the current architecture to showcase faculty and scholarly works at CU Boulder. Prior to this, Elsborg has worked in innovative roles in technology since the late 80's. He is very interested in promoting academic scholarly works, practices related to sustainability, and outdoor activities from skiing, mountain biking, and recently wind sports.

Karen Estlund joined Colorado State University as dean of libraries in 2019. She had previously served as associate dean for technology and digital strategies for the Pennsylvania State Libraries. While at Penn State, Estlund also acted as associate dean for collections, research, and scholarly communications and associate dean for learning and undergraduate services. Estlund also served as head of the Digital Scholarship Center at the University of Oregon. She has served on the coordinating committee for the International Image Interoperability Framework, Fedora Leaders, Samvera (formerly Hydra) Steering Group, and the Rightsstatements.org technical committee. Estlund was a founding member of the Fembot Collective and Ada: A Journal of Gender, New Media, and Technology.

Jason Glenn is a principal systems analyst for Carnegie Mellon University Libraries. He manages a team that builds enterprise-wide integrated data systems that collect and present data related to the scholarly activities of faculty and research staff across CMU's campus. His team's portfolio includes CMU's Research Information Management System, Elements, and its companion expert finder system, Scholars@CMU. Jason received a B.S. in Computer Science from Morehouse College as well as an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from CMU's Tepper School of Business.

Ben Greenawald is a data scientist in the Virginia Tech Office of Analytics and Institutional Effectiveness. He focuses on faculty related data and maintaining Virginia Tech's faculty activity tracking system, Elements. He holds bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics and a master's degree in Data Science, all from the University of Virginia.

Benjamin Gross has been working within the EFS community for many years, beginning with a VIVO implementation for a science non-profit in 2015. He has continued working with VIVO since joining Clarivate in 2017, in addition to collaborating with a broad range of integration partners while serving as a product manager for the Web of Science API suite.

Paolo Gujilde started his work in academic libraries in research services and transitioned into collection strategies and scholarly communications. He is actively involved in professional organizations especially serving and advocating for equity, diversity, and inclusion in library services.

Robert Gutierrez serves as associate vice president for research within the Office of Research and Economic Development. In this role, he has overall responsibility for the management and operation of the Pre-Award section, which is responsible for assistance with proposal development, proposal review, award negotiations, and various other administrative functions related to contract and grants management.

Emily K Hart is the science librarian and research impact lead at Syracuse University Libraries. She is a subject librarian who provides research support, instruction, and outreach services to several science departments in the College of Arts & Sciences and leads a team of librarians focused on bibliometrics, research information management, and equitable research reporting across the university.

Jeff Horon, MBA, is director of research information solutions at Clarivate Analytics. He led the implementation of an expert finder system at the University of Michigan, followed by serving as a consultant to several dozen universities implementing similar tools. He regularly speaks on the use of network analysis techniques and recommendation systems at conferences like the Science of Team Science, VIVO, the National Organization of Research Development Professionals, and the University Economic Development Association.

Iqbal Hossain leads Arizona Knowledge Map (KMAP), a modern data science system for educational organizations, at the University of Arizona. His team solves organizational data science challenges using network analysis, knowledge graphs, natural language processing, and machine learning.

Clarke Iakovakis is the scholarly services librarian at Oklahoma State University. Iakovakis administers Experts Directory, the university's research information management system, teaches workshops on several technologies, and serves as academic liaison to a number of departments. He has an MS in Information Studies from the University of Texas, and a BS in History from Texas State University. Iakovakis has worked in libraries for over 13 years in a variety of capacities. He is a Certified Carpentries instructor and routinely provides workshops on a number of technical tools, including the Open Science Framework, LaTeX, Git & GitHub, OpenRefine, using R to retrieve and reshape data from APIs, and others.

Dong Joon Lee is an associate professor in the Department of Information and Operations Management at the Mays Business School. He also serves as the research information management systems specialist in the University Libraries, Texas A&M University. Lee has interests in the core values and benefits of socio-technical information systems (e.g., research information management systems), information and data quality, information organization tools (e.g., metadata design, identifiers, ontologies), and user engagement with information systems. His research explores questions about users' understanding and experience with data/information management practices in different contexts, the design and implementation of information and data management tools and methods, and the reuse data stored in information management systems.

Abhay Joshi is an experienced data science professional with demonstrated success in helping build, lead, and scale data science teams and data platforms to support decisions in higher education, distribution, and transportation and logistics industries. He joined Virginia Tech in October 2016 as a director of analytics. In this role, he is responsible for visioning and operationalizing multi-year strategic data initiative by building a robust and scalable data infrastructure and insights sharing platform to support the decision-making and broad policy formation processes across the institution. Joshi has presented on a broad set of topics related to data and decision support ecosystem including - data platform development, modern data architectures, building data science teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to build integrated data platform to support decisions etc., at EDUCAUSE Enterprise Analytics Summit, Cornell Data Science Forum, EDUCAUSE, AACRAO SEM, NACUBO - Analytics, CIMA, AIR, and SAIR annual conferences. Joshi holds PhD and master's degrees in Operations Research/IE from University at Buffalo and a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University in India.

Iryna V Lendel is an economist with vast experience conducting academic and applied research and consulting on regional policies and economic development. Her research portfolio includes projects on industry clusters and regional strategies, technology-based economic development, ecology of innovation and entrepreneurship, sustainability and energy policy, transit and smart city planning, workforce and economic inclusion, the role of universities in regional economic development, and impact of arts on regional and community development. She develops and leads large multi-institutional interdisciplinary research, secures funding, leads service projects, creates research methodologies, conducts research, and provides strategic and public policy recommendations in various aspects of regional economic development. Lendel earned her Ph.D. in Economics at the Lviv Regional Institute of the Ukrainian Academy of Science. She earned a second Ph.D. in Urban Studies from the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University with a concentration in Economic Development. She is an assistant editor of the Economic Development Quarterly.

Melissa Lowry's background is in information management, technology, and project management. She is focused on campus-wide projects to advance the university and to find efficiencies for faculty, staff, and students.

Mike Mitchell is the assistant director for research strategy and impact at Florida State University, working to leverage the research strengths of a top-20 public university to promote societal impact. He currently leads the Collaborative Collision interdisciplinary team development program and has been a key part of FSU's efforts to secure large external awards from public and private sponsors. His focus areas include building partnerships and identifying opportunities for strategic growth and connecting researchers and resources to advance creativity and innovation.

Mitchell joined FSU in 2015 after serving as a program manager with the Florida Office of Energy where he led project teams working on alternative fuel vehicle and agricultural energy initiatives, and successfully pursued over $16 million in federal funding from the Department of Energy and Department of Agriculture. He earned his M.S. in Public Interest Communication and B.S. in Economics, both from FSU. He is a recipient of the FSU Alumni Association's Notable Nole Young Alumni (Thirty Under 30) Award and was awarded the university's 2021 Jeffrey A. Gabor Superior Accomplishment Award for the Research division.

Bonnie Crotty Nelson has over 20 years of experience as a research librarian with expertise in technical, business, and marketing information synthesis. She has extensive knowledge of open source, private, commercial, and government databases. She is currently responsible for providing research, reference, and library services to technical, research, and management staff. She also tracks and supports proposals. Nelson has experience with materials budgeting, corporate presentations, and creation of corporate policies and procedures and records management programs. She also has extensive computer experience.

Maureen Pelham serves as director of research development and postdoctoral scholar services in the Office of Research and Economic Development at FIU.

Abilene Pinzon currently serves as a director of academic support services for Florida International University's Office of the Provost, Planning and Finance specializing on academic faculty Human resource matters and faculty information system development. Abilene has over a decade of human resource experience, with the last 13 years working in higher education. Some of her major contributions include championing the automation of faculty credentialing with a union to the class schedule, implementation of the faculty activities reporting system at FIU, and implementation of the ERP Human Resource module.

Mark Riley is the dean of The Graduate School at the Florida State University. His responsibilities include oversight of the education of approximately 8,000 graduate and professional students. Riley earned a Bachelor of Science with honors in physics and a doctorate in nuclear physics, both from the University of Liverpool in England. He worked as a research associate at the Niels Bohr Institute at the University of Copenhagen and then as a research associate at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory and University of Tennessee. Prior to joining the Florida State faculty as an assistant professor in 1991, he served as an advanced fellow at the University of Liverpool.

Riley was named the Raymond K. Sheline Professor of Physics in 2001, selected for an FSU Distinguished Research Professor Award in 2008, and became a Robert O. Lawton Distinguished Professor in 2014. He has won two university teaching awards. He served the Department of Physics as chair from 2007 to 2013. Riley's research involves the detection of gamma-ray emission signals from excited atomic nuclei under extreme conditions. High-resolution gamma-ray detection plays a ubiquitous role in nuclear science, and he has been deeply involved in the development and use of the world's most powerful gamma-ray detector systems, such as Gammasphere and GRETINA-GRETA. He has served on users executive committees at the national laboratories of Oak Ridge, Argonne, and Michigan State University. Other national-level committee participation has included the Nuclear Science Advisory Committee to the DOE and NSF and the program advisory committees of national laboratories at Berkeley, Argonne, and iTHEMBA LABS in South Africa. He is a fellow of the American Physical Society and is a past chair of the APS's Publication Oversight Committee. Riley's publication record includes 200 research articles, and he has delivered 100 invited talks.

David Scherer works at Elsevier as a customer consultant for Pure & Data Monitor in North America. Previously, Scherer was the scholarly communications and research curation consultant with the University Libraries at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. He is an experienced academic librarian with expertise in scholarly communications, research information management, scholarly impact, research communication, open access, and copyright. As an academic librarian that understands the complexity and dynamics of research-focused academic institutions, Scherer understand the importance of building strong relationships to develop enterprise-level solutions.

Lori Schultz has worked in research at the University of Arizona since 1994. She has worked to support researchers through the lifecycle, including pre-award, post-award, compliance, and now data. Lori's current role is managing data about researchers to discover insights, opportunities, and threats.

Washington Luís Ribeiro de Carvalho Segundo holds doctoral and master's degrees in Informatics from the University of Brasília, with a Sandwich Doctoral Internship at Kings College London. He holds a degree in mathematics (bachelor and licentiate), also from the University of Brasília. He is the technical coordinator of the area of Treatment, Analysis, and Dissemination of Scientific Information at the Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology. He is a member and coordinates projects and committees in the areas of Open Science and Data Science. He is the leader of the Brazilian Scientific Research Ecosystem Laboratory and Research Group. Areas of research interest: formal methods, open digital repositories, scientific data repositories, interoperability between open information systems, open science, and data science.

Besiki Stvilia is a professor in the School of Information at Florida State University. He received his M.S. and his Ph.D. in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Tbilisi State University, Georgia. His major research interests are information and data quality assurance, digital data curation, research information management, and social informatics. In particular, he studies collaborative work organization and data practices in online and offline communities and develops models for information and data management, dynamics, and intervention. His research has been funded by IMLS and NSF.

Stephanie Thompson is a project manager within the Office of Vice President for Research at the University of Kentucky. Prior to joining the UK community, Thompson worked as a business analyst for large corporate industries, gaining operational business experience in analytics. Applying her experience, Thompson focuses on providing project and operational support to research support offices across the university. Her focus is to lead and assist in research wide initiatives and programs offered by the OVPR including managing strategic planning processes, technology/software implementation, and other continuous improvement efforts.

Alex Viggio is the director of the faculty information system team in the Office of Data Analytics at the University of Colorado Boulder and has been a member of the VIVO community for more than a decade. Viggio is also serving as interim team lead for the Core Technology and Applications group in University Libraries.

Victoria Weber's background is in platform/software administration and implementation. She is focused on the overall management and implementation of the Faculty Portfolio System and how it can improve reporting efforts and process efficiency across the university.

Baron Wolf has worked in institutional research, assessment, and strategy at a private liberal arts college, a regional four-year institution, a community and technical college system, and currently at a research-intensive public institution. He has spent much of that time researching student success metrics, retention strategies, and institutional planning and assessment. Since 2015, Wolf has served as a key adviser to senior research leaders at the University of Kentucky. He leads efforts to create a data-informed culture using robust business intelligence tools, research analytics, and access to data and information to drive strategy and growth. Wolf was a founding advisory board member of the University Benchmarking Project and serves on the Research Evaluation Working Group of the International Network of Research Management Societies. He is also chair of the Data Integrity Committee for the Society of Research Administrators International.

Mark Zulauf has nearly 20 years worth of administration experience in graduate education and research on the UIUC campus. After joining the campus as a scientific editor with the Prairie Research Institute, Zulauf then moved to the Graduate College to help develop and roll out the campuswide electronic thesis and dissertation program. In 2016, he moved to the University Library to manage the university's RIM system, which currently supports close to 3,000 researcher profiles across a public portal and multiple campus websites.
