Open discourse is expected to flourish at the forum. The organizers of the forum intend to create an environment of safety, welcome, open-mindedness, and respect. There is no place at this event for harassment, intimidation, or exclusion of any kind. Unsolicited physical contact, unwelcome sexual attention, and bullying behavior are unacceptable.

Any participant that feels unsafe or unwelcome is encouraged to ask for assistance from a member of the steering committee, who may be contacted by email per the forum site or via the private chat feature during the virtual session.
