Confirmation and Registration Materials
A registration confirmation will be sent via email to those who preregister. Please bring your confirmation with you to pick up registration materials.
Registration includes the following:
Breakfasts, lunches, dinner, breaks
Cancellations must be received via email no later than February 8, 2019, to secure a refund. Send cancellations to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds will be credited to your credit card within five business days.
After February 8, no refunds will be made. However, you may transfer your registration to another individual, with prior notice to email@example.com.
No-shows will be billed for the full registration fee.

Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations. Discounted room rates have been arranged at the Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel.
Discounted room rates ($179 per night + 12.5% tax) have been arranged at the Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel if you book by January 30.
